Kath Austin

Founder and CEO

Kath has 14 years experience in fundraising and marketing for local and national charities. She has a lifelong passion for positive social and environment impact and has worked on numerous community cohesion projects and events. Her unwavering love of the natural world greatly informed her decision to pursue BeeBee Wraps as a social venture. Whilst raising two children she has grown BeeBee Wraps from her kitchen enterprise to employ 14 people in addition to the board. 

  

 

David Hollingsbee Finance and Operations Director BeeBee Wraps

David Hollingsbee

Finance and Operations Director

David has 20 years of experience in Finance, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in 2002. He has held senior finance roles in technology and manufacturing businesses and is also an expert in finance and ERP system implementations.

 

 

Mark Goodson Non-Executive Director BeeBee Wraps
Mark Goodson

Non-Executive Director

Mark has worked for over 30 years in technology, co-founding venture capital funded start-ups and taking on senior positions at companies such as Cambridge Silicon Radio. He has founded a number of ventures, both commercial and social, and is also a trained coach and mentor. Mark currently works with Cambridge Social Ventures, a part of the Centre for Social Innovation at the Cambridge Judge Business School.

Non-Executive Director

Joe is the founder and CEO of Thrift+, a social venture that is revolutionising the experience and effectiveness of donating second-hand clothes. 

Previously, he trained as a strategy consultant for 4 years, helping to advise corporate and investment strategy across telecoms, transport, healthcare and social care.

Non-Executive Director

Julie has 12 years of experience in product development and marketing strategy for multinational companies and start-ups. She has developed high volume collections for mass-market retailer Carrefour, working with factories across Asia and Europe. After leading the biggest category of a French Fast-Fashion brand, she started her own social venture to bring more sustainable fashion alternatives to market. With her international and multi-channel experience, she is now a marketing consultant for a retail focused commercial real-estate company, and offers digital marketing support to emerging brands.
