United Kingdom standard delivery £2.00. Free Delivery on all UK orders above £30.
International standard delivery from £5.00.
- As soon as the products are dispatched from the workshop, we cannot be responsible for them anymore. Please email us if you would like to upgrade your delivery service to a tracked service.
- Normally, we can send your order the next working days of purchase (Monday to Friday), we will notify you if your order will be delayed. During the festive season from November onwards, orders may take 2 working days.
- Orders not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.
- An email confirmation will be sent when the order has been dispatched, this will be sent to the email address stated on your order.
- Standard UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail First Class.
- We hope you love your BeeBee& Leaf wraps, but if you’re not fully happy, you need to let us know within 60 days of receipt. Email us to benefit from your full money back guarantee.
- If you do return anything to us please keep your receipt until your returned funds have cleared. BeeBee Wraps can't be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
- Please return the products in their saleable state in the original, undamaged packaging. If faulty, please return the wraps and packaging as they are.
- Any products received back which are not in a resalable condition will be returned to you, unless they are deemed faulty.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt and you will receive confirmation of your refund via email.
- Please note that refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method.
